Does my link stop working if I stop paying?
No. Existing links keep serving exactly as configured on Starter, Pro, or a trial. Only creating new links above the Starter limit pauses until you delete one or upgrade.
When does my trial start?
The 14-day trial starts the moment you publish your first link, not when you create your account. No card is required to start it.
Do the people I share links with need an account?
No. Viewers never need a sendhey account, on any plan.
What happens at the link limit?
On Starter, you can hold up to 5 active links. Creating a new one past that pauses until you delete or upgrade — nothing already published is affected.
