sendhey is the delivery layer for design, dev, and marketing studios running AI-augmented production: when your agent finishes a built landing page, a campaign concept, a design system, or a content set, it publishes through sendhey as a gated, tracked link with private client feedback and a recorded sign-off on each revision round — instead of a growing pile of file attachments and "which version is this" threads.
A studio's delivery rhythm is built work, not a written finding: a live built page, a campaign asset set, a design system, a batch of content. Each round goes out the same way — an agent calls publish_page with the built HTML/files or create_link for something already hosted, picks a gate (open for internal review, password or email once it's client-facing), and returns a link that hosts the real, clickable build rather than a static export.
Feedback is on by default, so the client leaves comments and pinned annotations directly on the build — round two's notes live on round two's link. Each comment starts private to your team; the client can choose to make theirs public so other reviewers see it too, and a new link allows that choice by default (turn it off to keep every comment private regardless). That keeps revision feedback attached to the actual deliverable instead of scattered across email and chat.
When a round needs the client to formally acknowledge what they were shown before you move to the next one, turn on document approval: sendhey records a one-time-email-verified acknowledgement of the exact version presented. This is a recorded acknowledgement, not an electronic signature, and we make no legal-effect claim about it — treat it as a paper trail for "the client saw and signed off on this round," not a contract-execution tool.
Same underlying gate-and-track job, different artifact: consultancy delivery is built around audits, strategy documents, and recurring reports; this page is for studios shipping built creative and product work through revision rounds instead.
Yes — re-publish the revised build to the same link, or publish a fresh link per round if you'd rather keep each round's approval record separate; both patterns work, pick whichever matches how your team tracks rounds internally.
sendhey isn't a project-management tool — it doesn't track tasks, timelines, or invoices, and it doesn't produce the creative work itself; your agent does that. This is the delivery, gating, and tracking layer around each round. Document approval carries no legal-signature weight.
